If I sign up as the Professional and hold events and keep scores for people in my group, do the individual people in my group have to join the BASIC Tile Time or can they do the free?
The great news is that the individuals in your group do not need to subscribe to the BASIC or Professional tiers to participate in your events. As a Professional member, you’ll be able to create and manage events, organize players, communicate with your groups, and keep scores for everyone participating. Our primary goal is to help grow your network!
Your group members can absolutely participate using the FREE TileTime tier.
Some players may later choose to upgrade to BASIC or Professional to access additional features and functionality for their own games and groups, but it is not required to participate in your events.
The app says I need a code to setup when will those become available?
Right now, TileTime is in a private beta-testing phase, so access is currently limited to invited testing groups using a beta access code. Our testers are helping us fine-tune the experience and make sure everything is polished and ready for launch.
The good news is that we are planning a full public release this summer. At that time the access code requirement will be removed so everyone can join and begin using TileTime.
We’re building TileTime to become the go-to platform for the Mahjong community — making it easier to organize games, tournaments, and leagues; manage messaging and scoring; and connect with other players.

Is there an approximate timeline on when subscriptions will be available to enroll in?
We are currently in the final stages of private beta testing and are targeting a full public release this summer. At that time, subscriptions for our BASIC and Professional tiers will officially become available for enrollment.
Our team is working hard to ensure the experience is polished, reliable, and valuable for players, organizers, instructors, leagues, and venues from day one. We believe TileTime will become an incredible platform for uniting the Mahjong community.

Can I add TileTime events to my website?
Yes, you can generate event links and integrate them into your website, allowing users to click and sign up for your classes or events through TileTime.
For existing TileTime members, the link takes them directly to the event. For new users, it prompts them to download the app and create an account before joining.
TileTime is currently in private beta and will be publicly available this summer. It is designed to help manage events, leagues, messaging, scoring, and overall community operations in one place.
